CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

The mind-body workout that will improve your focus, clear your mind, and detox and strengthen the entire body and personal well-being.

This classical style yoga class incorporates the entire body including stretching the muscles, building foundational core strength while stimulating the glands of the body and detoxing internal organs. Our yoga class is appropriate for the beginners and more experienced alike.

A fun, low impact group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity.

  • Indoor cycling classes are done in a fitness studio, with various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere.
  • Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc.
  • You control resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or difficult as you choose.

This 45 minute low-impact, combo class for all levels will give you the perfect mix of barre and sculpt, building both muscular endurance and strength.

Our motivating playlists will push you to get lower and dig deeper in small movements that bring on the “shake”” + large movements that increase your power. You’ll walk out of class feeling stronger, more toned and accomplished.

This class will concentrate on strengthening your core muscles.

Including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. This includes twisting, crunches, planks, among other core exercises. Strong core muscle helps us to carry on with our daily physical routines without back pain or injuries. This is a workout that will leave you looking for more!!

Mat-based Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility.

Each class will work to balance all muscle groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will be taught using slow, controlled movements.

Myofascial Release is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.

This essential “time element” has to do with the viscous flow and the piezoelectric phenomenon: a low load (gentle pressure) applied slowly will allow a viscoelastic medium (fascia) to elongate. After this class you will feel like a million dollars as your muscles have been re energized!!

HIIT is a type of interval training exercise.

It incorporates several rounds that alternate between several minutes of high intensity movements to significantly increase the heart rate to at least 80% of one’s maximum heart rate, followed by short periods of lower intensity movements. These classes will leave you feeling exhilarated!!

An interval training class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training.

With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push participants harder than they’d push themselves and to always keep the body guessing.  These workouts are designed to maximize your core strength and agility.

Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

We take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
