Class with Isabella V-

With an emphasis on hip openers, detoxifying twists, and proper alignment, Isabella will help you relax while also building strength and flexibility.

In a power yoga class you will find a spirit of playfulness while connecting breath to movement. Asanas are sequenced in this order: integration, awakening, vitality, equanimity, grounding, igniting, stability , opening, release, rejuvenation then deep rest. Power yoga is an hour of challenging asana that will leave the student feeling refreshed balanced and awake.

Class with Frank G –

Pedal to the Metal indoor cycle class is a great way to get a full cardio workout while building strength and endurance. Class length is 60 minutes and includes a variety of instruction to challenge riders of all levels. You will be led through a series of training intervals of cardio base building, cadence / resistance intervals, hills, jumps, and sprints. Classes are challenging and set to a wide variety of music to keep you smiling, pedaling and grinding – be prepared to sweat!

Class with Tammy M –

Inspired by Pilates and ballet, Barre is a full body low impact workout. Adaptable to all fitness levels. We utilize sliders balls, and free weights and contemporary music to enhance the class. It is a great way to improve definition, endurance, and posture. Meet me at the Barre – you’ll love it !!!

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles using proper form. A variety of equipment is used such as free weights, sliders and balls.

Through thoughtful breathing and precise movement, pilates strengthens and lengthens muscles, builds core strength by engaging the deepest abdominal muscles, and improves posture, balance, coordination and flexibility.

Myofascial release combined with sustained stretches will increase joint range of motion and improve soreness. We use a combination of rollers and balls to address trigger points and stiffness. This is the recovery class that we all need.

In one hour, you will utilize free weights, resistance tubing and your own body weight to perform compound exercises, utilizing superset principles and more. You will improve overall strength, muscular endurance, and body composition.
